Let our Pastry Chefs work with you to design your perfect Wedding Cake, to become a focal point for your reception and celebration. Gourmet Provence cakes are made with the highest quality ingredients. Our cakes are all finished with luscious flavors of buttercream or chocolate ganache. 

French Vanilla White Wedding Cake ~ Traditional & Perfect — With delicious vanilla, raspberry, strawberry or Champagne buttercream

Triple Chocolate Cake ~ Decadent and delicious; filled with our rich chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream

Carrot Cake ~ Unique to Gourmet Provence — Unbelievably moist with a creamy cream cheese buttercream filling

Pumpkin Spice Cake ~ Perfect for a fall wedding, our rich spice cake with a maple buttercream

Lemon Gateau ~ Vanilla cake with a hint of lemon, with a lovely lemon curd and lemon buttercream

Chocolate Chambord Cake ~ very sophisticated with a raspberry liqueur and layered with raspberry buttercream

Semi-Naked Cake ~ our newest style
Buttercream filled, with sparse buttercream and embellished with fresh fruit or flowers

Cheesecake ~ Drizzled with ganache.
A variety of offerings including vanilla, maple, pumpkin or raspberry swirl

Cake Tastings: We schedule cake tastings with our Wedding Cake Designer on Friday or Saturday afternoons. You may choose up to 3 cake flavors and fillings. Bring along your ideas and color scheme. The cost of the tasting is $30. If your order is placed within 1 week of your tasting, this fee will be applied toward any order of $150 or more.

Our wedding cakes are priced according to size, finish and intricacy of the design. Per serving prices (for cakes over 20 guests) start at $6.75.

Small cutting cakes: One tier (2-6 people) start at $45, two tier (up to 20 guests) start at $120

Three Quarter Sheet Cake; filled and iced, serves 90 people:  Undecorated- $400, Decorated- $550

Wedding Cupcakes: $4.75 each; 1 dozen minimum

Cookie Favors: $5.25 each; 1 dozen minimum

Mini Pastries for Dessert Bar: $2.75 each; May include eclairs, macarons, cream puffs, almost heaven bars, lemon squares, fruit tarts, assorted tartlets: lemon, pecan, chocolate, key lime, and cheese cakes. 1 dozen minimum.

Deposit

A “save the date” deposit of 50% of your order is required. The remaining balance and final count is needed 1 month prior to the event.

Delivery

Delivery charges and setup fees start at $35. A separate refundable deposit is required for the use of our pedestals. We will work with you and your florist when using fresh flowers.
